Building design is an area which can be looked at to reduce costs by minimising a buildings design should the intended purpose of the building be apartments to let for example. But on the flip side adding additional impressive design elements can increase construction costs but also hugely increase desirability and GDV upon completion. Large external openings, impressive entrances, luxury kitchens & bathrooms are just a few ideas which can be achieved, going the extra mile with design can be architecturally included impressive elements such as cantilevered areas, perspective views, smart lighting roof designs and seamless floor plans.
